Valentine Footwear, a women's boutique devoted to footwear and hosiery, opened this month on Main Street in Bangor. The store offers a number of stylish offerings from across the spectrum. Summer Allen is the store's owner/proprietor.

The area’s newest shoe store has the perfect footprint. It’s a prime location for those passing by on their way to lunch, dinner or the theater in downtown Bangor to stop and see what Summer Allen has to offer — a women’s boutique filled with boots, classic pumps, clogs, lace-ups and leather flats.

WABI - A new specialty store will be opening in downtown Bangor this summer. Valentine Footwear will set up shop next door to the Penobscot Theatre. Store owner, Summer Allen, is no stranger to the shoe business - her family owns Winterport Boot Shop in Brewer.
